Reservation Process

Step 0 - Think Carefully

Purchasing a kitten is a big, lifelong commitment.

Please make sure:

    ◦    Everyone in the household is on board

    ◦    There are no allergies

    ◦    You're ready to contribute time, love, and care

    ◦    You're prepared to welcome and keep the kitten no matter what life brings.

Step 1 - Reach Out & Connect

Step 2: Meet the kittens

Once we’ve connected, we’ll arrange a video call or, if possible, an in-person viewing*.
This gives you the chance to see the kittens, ask questions, and get a feel for their personalities before making your choice.

Note: You will be allowed to meet the kitties in person only after they have had their first dose of vaccination.

This is to protect our cuties from common cat diseases

Step 3: Confirm Your Kitten

Once you've decided which kitten you’d like to reserve, we’ll send you a Reservation Contract via email using Adobe’s DocuSign process.

Please take time to read it and sign it digitally.

Or alternatively, you could sign a physical copy at the in-person viewing.

Step 4: Make a Deposit

After signing the Reservation Contract, you can make the deposit via bank transfer (BACS).

Or alternatively, we could also accept cash at the time fo the in-person viewing.

(This deposit will be deducted from the total amount on the day of collection.)

Step 5: Reserved!

Once the deposit is received, your kitten will be officially reserved.

The kittens are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis, which is determined by the time of when we have received your deposit

Step 6: Regular Kitten Updates

We'll keep you updated with your kitten’s progress at least every two weeks until collection, so you can follow along as they grow.

Step 7: Collection!

The kittens will be ready to go to their new families when they are at least 13 weeks old!

The total amount less the deposit will be due at collection.

We will reach out to new owners in advance to arrange a collection appointment.
